Dispatch
All orders ship from our Brisbane studio within 24–48 hours.
Place your order before 12:00 pm AEST on a weekday and we’ll send it out the same day. Weekend orders leave on Monday.

Rates & Timeframes

  • FREE Express Post on orders $100+

  • AusPost Regular (2–8 business days): $9.95

  • AusPost Express (1–3 business days): $14.95

Timeframes begin once your parcel has been dispatched. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as it’s on the way. Public holidays or remote locations may add a little extra time.
