Where does Somiano ship?
Currently we ship throughout Australia only, with all orders lovingly dispatched from our Brisbane studio. International shipping is coming soon!

When will my order ship?
We dispatch within 24–48 hours because we know you're excited to receive your new pieces! Order before 12:00 pm AEST (Monday–Friday) and it usually ships the same day. Weekend and public holiday orders go out the next business day.

How much is shipping?
• FREE Express Post on orders $100+
• AusPost Regular (2–8 business days): $9.95
• AusPost Express (1–3 business days): $14.95

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, and other Shopify-supported payment options for your convenience.

Do you have any stockists or physical stores?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Absolutely! Email hello@somiano.com.au as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to make any changes or process a cancellation for you.

How do I track my order?
Once your beautiful package leaves our studio, you'll receive a tracking email with all the details. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

What's your return policy?
We want you to love every piece! Returns are accepted within 30 days for unworn items in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, all earrings, ear cuffs, and piercing jewellery are final sale. See our complete Returns & Exchange Policy for full details.

What materials do you use?
We use premium, ethically sourced materials including:
• 18K Gold Vermeil - 925 sterling silver base with 2.5 microns of 18K gold
• 14K/18K Gold Plated - base of sterling silver or high grade stainless steel
• 14K Solid Gold - Responsibly sourced and conflict free
• 925 Sterling Silver - Hypoallergenic and hallmarked
• Semi-precious gemstones - Ethically sourced natural stones
• Freshwater pearls - Sustainably cultivated
All materials are nickel and lead free for sensitive skin.

Can I wear my Somiano pieces every day?
Absolutely! Our waterproof 14K/18K gold plated pieces are designed for everyday wear perfect for handwashing, workouts, or a sudden rain shower. To keep your jewelry gleaming, remove it before swimming, bathing, or exposing it to chlorine, salt water, harsh cleaners, or direct perfume.

Is Somiano sustainable?
Sustainability is core to our values. We focus on creating durable pieces designed to last years, not seasons, use responsibly sourced materials, and choose minimal packaging. Quality over quantity means less throwaway jewellery.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we provide 6 months warranty covering manufacturing faults such as faulty clasps or loose stones. Normal wear, scratches, or natural patina development aren't covered, as these are part of your jewellery's unique journey with you.

How should I care for my jewellery?
Treat your pieces with love! Gently wipe with a soft polishing cloth after wear, store pieces separately and dry, and always put jewellery on after lotions, perfumes, or sunscreen have fully dried.

Can I customise or engrave pieces?
Customisation isn't available at this stage, but we're always exploring new ways to make your Somiano experience even more special. If this changes, you'll be the first to know through our newsletter!

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Of course! Premium gift wrapping is available at checkout and we can include a personal note too. Please note that gift wrapping is non-refundable.
