Our Promise to You
We carefully inspect every piece before it reaches you, and we ask for the same care when returning items:
Your jewellery must be:
• Returned in its original Somiano packaging
• In pristine, unworn condition with no signs of wear, stains, or odours
• Free from any damage or alterations
Please note: Personalised engravings and custom sizing cannot be returned or exchanged, as these pieces are created uniquely for you.
Earrings & Piercings
For your health and safety, all earrings, ear cuffs, and piercing jewellery are final sale with no change of mind returns or exchanges.
However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect earring, we'll absolutely make it right. Simply email us at hello@somiano.com.au within 7 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Exchanges Made Easy
Found the perfect style but need a different size? We've got you covered.
For all jewellery:
• Exchange within 30 days of delivery
• Simply cover return shipping costs (we don't provide prepaid labels)
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How it works:
Before sending anything back, please reach out to our lovely customer service team - we're here to guide you through the process. Once we receive your beautiful piece back, we'll process your exchange and have your new item on its way within 5 business days.
Refunds with Care
Sometimes a piece just isn't meant to be, and that's perfectly okay.
What's eligible:
• All items returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items in original condition and packaging
• Refunds processed to your original payment method
Our process:
Before returning, please contact our customer service team first. Once we receive your jewellery back in perfect condition, we'll process your refund within 7 business days.
For complete order returns, please note that initial shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Priority processing, gift cards, premium packaging, and shipping fees are not refundable.
